This meditation is to be used as a quick reminder and reset when you find yourself in fear, anxiety or a bad mood.
Often when we are in a funky mood we choose to stay in it, unwilling to let it go. However, when we get to a place of wanting to let go and get back to a place of love we often don't know what to do to snap us out of it.
I actually created this meditation for myself!
I needed something that I could do when I wanted to let it go but didn't know what to do. This meditation ended up being so powerful that I wanted to pass is on to clients. My clients LOVED it - the feedback has been powerful and rewarding.
